We recognize that while it is important to have a challenging and rewarding career, people do, and should, have other priorities. Family and other personal priorities are important to us and we offer members of our team flexible work options whenever possible to accommodate those priorities. Nearly all of our clients are within an hour or so of Madison. Therefore, we are at home more often in the afternoon and rarely have overnight travel.
